Villa Alcanada is a Splendid semi detached villa positioned on a hillside in the Alcanada area of Alcudia. Built on 3 levels with balconies and terraces on each, the villa offers wonderful views across the bay of Alcudia to the mountains beyond.

The house is accessed from the road by a set of steps and the ground floor consists of the pool area and patio, which is furnished with high quality teak and stainless steel sun loungers. A further set of steps leads up to the main entrance level which features another terrace with a teak patio style dining table and parasol.

Inside the light and airy lounge/dining area has direct access out onto the front terrace that overlooks the pool below. On this level you will find, a fully fitted kitchen with pine cabinets and marble worktops and a short corridor which leads to two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Stairs lead up to the top floor which consists of a double and a twin bedroom which share a large balcony. A further twin bedroom with its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom are also to be found on this floor. All of the top floor bedrooms have access to a separate shared complete bathroom.
