Apartment Baluard is a tastefully converted modernized loft, which has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, with its beamed ceilings and parquet floors.

 

It comprises of 50 square metres of living space, including a living room with double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a rest area with two individual beds, which can always be put together if one feels lonely!

 

Close by, you’ll find Avenida Jaime III and its renowned shopping centre - where you will find all the most exclusive worldwide companies. Also nearby are Paseo Sagrera, Paseo Maritimo and La Lonja all of which have  an abundance of authentic bars and restaurants serving and amazing selection of fine international cuisine.  And for those interested in a little culture, the apartment is very close to “Es Baluard” Museum of Contemporary Arts.

These prices are for the apartment, per night

Available all year (3 nights minimum)

125.00 Euros

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required when booking

The balance is payable upon arrival

Occupation is usually available from 14:00 hours on arrival day

The apartment to be vacated by 10:00 hours on departure day

Cancellations:

• 15% of the total cost is refunded for cancellations made more than 45 days before the proposed arrival day.

• The deposit is retained for cancellations made between 45 and 15 days before the proposed arrival day.

• If you cancel less than 15 days before the proposed arrival day, the balance of  the booked rental cost is charged.
