C’an Codony is an attractive three-storey village house in the village of Buger a little way inland from the north coast of Mallorca.

The house itself provides comfortable and very spacious holiday accommodation for up to ten people, although it is equally suitable for a small family or indeed a couple, who seek somewhere to savour the unique atmosphere of a timeless Mallorcan village location.

The rustic interior is cool, colourful and calming, providing five bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as two separate lounges, a fully equipped kitchen and three exterior terraces - plenty of room to escape from one another!

Outside, you can enjoy the views out over the village, to the mountains beyond, or simply take a cooling dip in the pool before settling down for a mid-afternoon nap on the terrace.

With some fabulous beaches only around 10km drive, C’an Codony offers a little mix of everything - an authentic village atmosphere, peace and quiet, gorgeous views and much more.

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required when booking
The balance is payable upon arrival
Occupation is usually available from 14:00 hours on arrival day
The villa must be vacated by 10:00 hours on departure day
Cancellations: • 15% of the total cost is refunded for cancellations made more than 45 days before the proposed arrival day. • The deposit is retained for cancellations made between 45 and 15 days before the proposed arrival day. • If you cancel less than 15 days before the proposed arrival day, the balance of the booked rental cost is charged.
