Situated a distance of 4 km from Pollensa town, on the road leading to the famous Monastery of Lluc and surrounded by mountains, you find C’an Pau: A family villa nestling in the quiet valley of La Coma.

 

This delightful little stone-faced house offers the perfect place to relax, surrounded by carob, olive and figs trees, amid the peaceful sounds of grazing sheep nearby.

 

C’an Pau has three twin rooms, two complete bathrooms (one of them being en-suite) and one exterior shower close to the pool, a lounge/dining room, kitchen, laundry room and a built-in barbecue adjacent to the poolside terrace.

 

There is a section of iron railings between the house and the pool which makes it a little safer for children, as the pool is quite deep at it’s deepest end.

 

C’an Pau is an ideal holiday villa for a small family who prefer a peaceful countryside setting, away from the crowds.

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required when booking

The balance is payable upon arrival

Occupation is usually available from 14:00 hours on arrival day

The villa must be vacated by 10:00 hours on departure day

Cancellations:

• 15% of the total cost is refunded for cancellations made more than 45 days before the proposed arrival day.

• The deposit is retained for cancellations made between 45 and 15 days before the proposed arrival day.

• If you cancel less than 15 days before the proposed arrival day, the balance of  the booked rental cost is charged.
